Ken Robinson says schools kill creativity

On the link http://www.ted.com/talks/ken_robinson_says_schools_kill_creativity.html yoy can see a video called "Ken Robinson says schools kill creativity". Today, I will make a reviwe and a comment about this video.
It was very difficult to me to understand the video because Ken Robinson has an english accent.
Ken Robinson is a man about 50 years olds.
In his conference, the man review this themes:
1) Extraordinary of human crativity
2) The future (¿how we make planes?)
3) The education.
4) The human intelligence.

Sometimes he appears like a comediant, but he is saying something important and serious.
The central argument is: Ken Robinson question himself and the audience about the education system that its present all around the word. He affirms that this system nurtures creativity. It seems that the adults are loosing innovation capacity, and principally because this system prepares people to the work world, and not for a development for there habilities. He said that there is “People that have to move to think”.
