Transantiago

Hello everyone!
In a very first time, I hated Transantiago. That was because in the moment that Transantiago was implemented, I was living in La Reina, a neighborhood with a bad public transfer. If before Transantiago I have different bus routes, after I had only one!
But today, I live in another part of Santiago. I live in Ñuñoa, near to Irarrázaval, so I have a diversity of bus routes that cross this avenue.
I think that Transantiago is better than the pre-Transantiago system in only one thing. This thing is the BIP target. I think that it is an easy way to pay, because it’s faster and comfortable to transport. And, the better thing is that with one passage you can make more than one travel.
However, I think that Transantiago it is a bad system. The worst thing that it have it is that it doesn’t have coordination between buses. Because of this, sometimes you have to wait almost a half an hour, and sometimes they past one after other.
The last thing that I say it’s the first change that I will do if I could. The second one it is about the bus stop. I see on the street that they are very badly done, because some of them are very big for only one bus, and other are to small for a lot of bus routes.

A country I would like to visit

A country I would like to visit with all my heart is Egypt, because only its name sound exotic to me, I imagine a country with narrow street, buildings like little palaces with the smell of centuries of history, camels, women dressed with veils, palm trees and people eating dates, nuts and pistachios.
I know very little about it, one of those things is that the climate is humid, hot and dry, a dessert weather, that they have a president and a lot of poverty in spite that they do have rich nesses like oil and that their official religion is Muslim and their language is from Arabic roots.
If I go there someday, I would like to learn more about their dance: the seven veil dance, the belly dance and the odalisque dance and to listen to their music and buy a lot of it.
I will be very happy to study and live there for a couple of months in a “Dance academy” with a native dancer to perfection my own style of oriental dancing that I practice these days.

A new term!!!!!!!

Hello everyone!!

In general, the first term was good. I’m going to talk about different areas:

- University  I took 7 courses: Theory of Systems, Quantitative Methods, Qualitative Methods, Easter Island Culture, Gender, Development Anthropology and English. I like the most part of these classes, and I think that I learned a lot of new things. But in the last part of the term I was very stress, because I had to do a lot of big works (And also I have exams).
- Family  I have a few of big problems with some of my relatives (for example, with my sister), but nothing impossible to overcome.
- Friends  I had difficulty with some of my classmates, but I tried to think that was a problem of the other person (not mine).
- Love  I was singer (and I still be one). It was a calm term “for my hearth”.
- Health  My health was great! I got sick only one time, and it was nothing to worry about.
